They Paid, But Never Saw the Project: Checkatrade Disaster.
My story with Checkatrade became a total disaster. I hired a trader through their service to carry out some crucial home repairs. They looked trustworthy at first, but it ended up a appalling ordeal.
Even though I sent the full amount upfront, the work completely vanished into thin air. Getting a response dried up. It's been months, and I'm still left with a gaping hole where my sense of security once was.
Checkatrade has been unhelpful throughout this whole process. They laughed at my plight. It feels like I've been scammed.
- Stay far, far away from Checkatrade.
- Don't fall into the same trap I did.
